While this weekend's biplane images were being shot a quick flyby of 4 planes in formation buzzed us. I even had the opportunity to blow one a kiss.

I've just found out that one of those planes crashed only minutes later, and both pilot and passenger died.

I can only hope our presence on the field didn't distract them leading up to this.
